What Kea does: shows every slide, deletes, reorders and copies whole slides, adds slides from a second deck, and exports the deck as a PDF with one page per slide. Slides you do not touch are written back exactly as they arrived, SmartArt, charts and custom parts included.

What Kea does not do: this is a viewer and a page organiser, not a PowerPoint editor. You cannot edit the text, shapes or design of a slide here. The preview is an approximation, not PowerPoint: animations and slide transitions are not played, SmartArt is drawn as a labelled placeholder, and fine typography can differ. A PDF export is rasterised, so the text in it is not selectable and not searchable. Kea opens .pptx only, not the old .ppt format.

Click a slide in the preview to select it. A change is applied straight away, and nothing is written to your file until you save.

Slide show

Arrow keys, space or Page Up and Page Down move between slides, and so does clicking the left or right half of the screen. Esc leaves the show and comes back to the slide you were on. Slides are shown one at a time with no animation and no transition effect.

Slides from another deck

Take

Imported slides are added at the end and rebound to a layout from this deck, so they render without the other file's design. Pictures come with them. Charts, embedded workbooks and the speaker notes of an imported slide do not.

Export

Rasterized export, text is not selectable. Every page is a picture of a slide at the deck's own size, so the PDF cannot be searched or copied from.
